We at System Level Solutions are hiring for a proactive Apprentice for our Marketing and Sales department to manage and respond to business leads across channels like Indiamart, emails, phone calls, and event inquiries. If you enjoy engaging with potential customers and supporting sales teams with qualified leads, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to Indiamart inquiries
• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism
• Respond to business emails and follow up on leads
• Track and manage inquiries using CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead transfer
• Report weekly/monthly inquiry statuses
• Support trade shows and campaign follow-ups

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years’ experience in telecalling, inquiry handling, or customer support
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Familiarity with Indiamart or B2B portals
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
