Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across various areas within our organization, including Creation, Technical, Commercial, and Consumer Insights & Marketing. You will be exposed to the essential tools that drive these functions and actively contribute to key projects. Moreover, you will receive continuous support and guidance through mentoring and a blend of formal and on-the-job training. During this intensive training period, you will undertake individual assignments and collaborate on a specific project under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. This hands-on approach will allow you to develop your skills and gain valuable insights into the nuances of the fragrance industry.
