About the Role

you will be responsible for smooth onboarding of new hires and handling employee grievances, managing medical insurance processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

What You Need

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a zeal to learn the Px functioning.
• 2-11 months of proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
