The Sales Apprentice will support the Business Development and Partnerships team at SSC in driving industry engagement, lead generation, and outreach initiatives across the technology and innovation ecosystem.

Reporting To: Deputy Director

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

  • Support lead generation and prospecting efforts

  • Assist in outreach activities including emails, calls, and follow-ups with potential members and partners

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead, pipeline, and engagement data

  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, events, and partnership initiatives

  • Conduct basic market and account research to identify new business opportunities

  • Track sales metrics and prepare periodic reports and dashboards

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Graduate / Final-year student in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of sales, business development, or partnerships

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
