As an apprentice at Oceaneering India Center, you will be trained in product design and development processes, from conceptualization to detailed design, verification, and validation through engineering analysis and calculations. You will receive full supervision and hands-on experience in CAD modeling, design documentation, and PLM/PDM systems. The role focuses on learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a structured engineering environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Study inputs available such as drawings, CAD models, and technical documents for a product or design. - Design equipment to meet specifications, including concept creation, detailed design, design calculations, manufacturing drawings, bill of materials, and product-related technical documents. - Refine and improve product designs by evaluating current designs and developing new solutions. - Perform tolerance stack-up analysis of simple problems. - Handle technical changes and updates in PLM/PDM systems. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Graduation/Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering. **Desired:** - Familiarity with any CAD and PLM/PDM Software. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Familiarity with AutoCAD & any calculations software.
