Job Description

The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all equipment in a calcium carbonates plant, while adhering to 6S standards. You will be responsible for carrying out assigned duties diligently. Ensuring safety in line with Imerys protocols is a key aspect of the role, which includes conducting safety toolbox meetings, site audits, reporting near misses, and performing Take 5 assessments. Daily tasks will include inspecting and lubricating machines as required, providing feedback on machine health to seniors for prompt action. You should have knowledge of drive alignment, bearing replacement, conveyor systems, rotary valve maintenance, and gear box repair. Applicants should possess strong execution skills, along with proficiency in alignment and bearing maintenance. Basic understanding of piping work, welding, and cutting techniques is desirable. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits, requiring work on a rotational shift basis at the plant location.,
