Apprentice - IT

A candidate must have Decent Verbal & written communication skills. Any project management tools knowledge is preferred. ITSM knowledge is preferred. Basic understanding of Any Programming Language is preferred but not required. Technical skills are preferred but not required. Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong basic problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Document processes and procedures for IT operations Provide technical support to staff and users as needed Skills and Qualifications Basic understanding of computer networks and systems Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting Understanding of software installation and configuration Basic programming knowledge in languages like Python or Java is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
