Role: Apprentice – Game Tester

(Test Engineer – Manual Game Testing)

Are you someone who loves to play games and spot bugs? We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who can transform their passion for gaming into a fulfilling career.

Who Can Apply:

• Passionate gamers with a knack for detail
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of software testing (preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: only Non- IT Freshers will consider (B.A/B.COM/BBA/MA)
• No % criteria
• Gender: Open to all
• Experience: Fresher

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand game objectives and testing plans
• Execute test cases accurately
• Log bugs clearly and precisely
• Collaborate with leads and managers
• Share improvement ideas and feedback

Compensation & Perks:

• CTC: ₹1.44 LPA
• In-hand Salary: ₹12,000/month
• Shift Allowance: night shifts will be paid (as per shift schedule)
• Free Meals: Lunch/Dinner & Snacks (depending on shift)
• Transport:

o Night Shift – Free Pick & Drop within 10 km
o Afternoon Shift – Drop post 9 PM within 10 km

Growth Path:

• Year 1 – Apprentice Game Test Engineer (Training provided)
• Year 2 – Test Engineer (with salary increment and benefits depends on the performance)

Work Mode: Work from Office (Viman Nagar, Pune)

Shift Timings: Rotational (includes night shifts)

Tentative Joining: ASAP

Interview Process: Round → Gaming Round → Aptitude Test → Communication Round → Final Round (2–3 Day Process)

There is no bond – we’re only looking for commitment, curiosity, and a love for gaming!

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
