Job Description

  • Assist in daily production activities related to bushing manufacturing (casting, molding, assembly, curing, machining, or finishing operations).
  • Learn and operate machines such as lathe, press, molding, or testing equipment under supervision.
  • Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
  • Support material handling, loading/unloading, and process setup.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness, 5S, and workplace discipline in the production area.
  • Record basic production data like quantities produced, defects, and process parameters.
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs and skill development sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹156,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
