Roles and Responsibilities

• Design & Project Support:

• Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and in developing and implementing project plans.

• Prepare

  daily progress reports

  , documents, and presentations to communicate project status.
• Assist in the

  testing and commissioning

  of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering systems.

• Site Inspections & Compliance:

• Conduct site inspections

  on a daily basis to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in

  quality control

  , ensuring that civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Collaboration & Skill Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Develop project management skills in areas such as

  scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

  .
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

  .
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (

  B.Tech degree / Engineering

  etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal

  communication skills
