As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting leads, engaging prospects in professional conversations, and scheduling appointments on behalf of our sales or service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or CRM.
• Clearly explain services/products and handle objections professionally.
• Understand and respond effectively to different international English accents (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
• Schedule appointments for the relevant team members using calendars or CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments set.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English (10/10)

• Must be able to

  understand international accents

  with ease.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working during

  night shifts

  and maintaining consistent performance.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote setup).
