Role Overview: You will be responsible for inventing, implementing, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning and/or specific domain industry algorithms and systems. Your role will involve building prototypes, exploring conceptually new solutions, and collaborating with science, engineering, and product teams to identify customer needs and create innovative solutions. Additionally, you will apply data science capabilities and research findings to scale solutions and develop new intelligence around core products and services through applied research on behalf of customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and provide guidance to define, design, and deliver product quality improvements from ideation to customer shipping - Write high-quality code for experiments and model building, contributing to production model code - Collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver innovative products that solve customer needs and differentiate Oracle in the market - Set up environments for running experiments and engage with customers to solve complex problems - Articulate technical work to diverse audiences and ensure the team follows best practices - Drive independent research and development to advance machine learning algorithms for real-world large-scale applications - Design solutions with fairness and explainability in mind - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Career Level: IC4 About Us: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, using tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
