Applications Support Analyst 2

Qualifications: - 3-5 years" experience or interest in apps support procedures, concepts, and other technical areas - Participation in process improvements - Ability to work under pressure - Analytical and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset - Skills in Python, Cloud Computing, Windows or Linux Operating systems, databases, MQs, and Monitoring/Observability Tools systems like ITRS, Grafana, Splunk, etc. Education: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience As an Applications Support Analyst 2, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing applications and their operating environments, contributing to the success of the team and the business.
