As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst at Citigroup, you will collaborate with the Technology team to establish and implement new or updated application systems and programs. Your main goal will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, estimating time and cost, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development - Implement new or revised applications systems and programs to address specific business needs - Monitor and control all phases of the development process - Provide user and operational support - Analyze complex problems and evaluate business processes - Recommend security measures and advise users on advanced programming solutions - Define operating standards and processes - Mentor junior analysts - Operate with a limited level of supervision Qualifications Required: - Over 8 years of experience in application design, development, and coding - Expertise in Java/J2EE and Angular/React - Proficiency in RDBMS, Microsoft SQL Server, PL/SQL, CI/CD tools (e.g., Git/Jenkins), Microsoft .NET Development, Maven, debugging skills, test-driven development - End-to-end design and development experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for the role of Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst at Citigroup.
