Expand upon this role by providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring seamless system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure effective communication between teams for seamless operations. Implement best practices for system maintenance and troubleshooting. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance skills. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Veritas NetBackup Administration. Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes. Experience in managing large-scale backup solutions. Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting backup failures. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
