About The Role

Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and our systems or applications. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires a deep understanding of product functionalities to accurately identify client issues and design appropriate resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.

Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues.

Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their integration with SD-WAN solutions.

Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize network configurations.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
