Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide technical support to clients and resolve application issues.- Analyze system performance and optimize applications for efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization, Cobol Mainframe.- Strong understanding of system performance optimization techniques.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Knowledge of mainframe technologies and performance tuning.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
