You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. Your role will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the Avamar Backup Administration system. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Avamar Backup Administration system.- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the system.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Avamar Backup Administration technology.- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize system performance. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Avamar Backup Administration.- Experience with Avamar Backup Administration tools and technologies.- Strong understanding of backup and recovery concepts.- Knowledge of data deduplication techniques and best practices.- Familiarity with storage systems and protocols.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with other backup and recovery solutions.- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Avamar Backup Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A Graduate degree is required.
