Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Primary /Must Have Skills: - Hands-on experience and good understanding on the Aruba Switching, Wireless Infra including Instant - Access Points, Aruba Central and Aruba ClearPass (NAC solution). - Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. Secondary Skills - Experience on the Routing, SDWAN, Firewall, Azure Cloud Technologies. Additional Skills: - Experience on the Routing, SDWAN, Azure cloud etc. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network security practices and tools. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
