Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive client experience and ensuring the reliability of our world-class systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions to enhance service delivery and knowledge sharing.
    Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Cloud Unified Communication Operations.
  • Good To Have
    Skills:
  • Experience with contact center technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Telephony and MTR functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Webex DI and its integration in communication systems.
  • Ability to manage and execute projects as directed by the Engineering team.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Unified Communication Operations.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education with below skill sets is required.
