Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Proficiency in Linux.- Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques.- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.- Familiarity with network protocols and services.- Ability to work with monitoring tools to ensure system performance.
