Job Description

Job Location:

Application Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end production application support for critical systems.
Deploy, maintain, and support APIs and application interfaces on enterprise platforms.
Perform log analysis, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis for incidents.
Work with monitoring tools such as
AppDynamics
and
Kibana
.
Support containerized and dynamic environments using
OpenShift
.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and system stability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5–9 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles.
Strong understanding of application servers, deployments, and API management.
Hands-on experience in enterprise or BFSI environments preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
