Interview Process: 2- 3 Rounds (2nd Round will be Face to Face-Mandatory)

Job description

• Understanding of ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks & tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA service management)
• Strong experience with DevOPS tooling DevOPS (Gitlab, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, digital.ai Release, Sonar cube, Artifactory )
• Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with any cloud platforms (preferably IBM Cloud).
• Knowledge on any monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana)
• Specific knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, AIX, WAS, CFT and MQ Series
• Knowledge on User Management, File management & Patching activity
• Familiarity with Autosys
• Familiarity with database technology is required: Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. Capability to execute basic scripts and queries.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery.
• Able to communicate efficiently.
• Good Team Player
