Were seeking a skilled

Service Support Engineer

to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth resolution of customer problems. You ll play a key role in maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Provide
Level 2 support
for technical issues.
Monitor and manage tickets, ensuring
SLA compliance

Document solutions and contribute to the
knowledge base

Collaborate with internal teams / Vendors for issue resolution and process improvement.

Skillset:

3 4 years of hands-on Java based tech support/service experience
Good knowledge of
Windows/Linux OS

(e. g. , Jira, ServiceNow, Constellation, Confluence etc. ).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
