Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) and supporting warehouse automation processes.
Maintenance and monitoring of Warehouse Management System (WMS) servers with
Oracle Database 11g
.
Managing related databases and ticketing tools.
Writing and executing complex SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
Monitoring, controlling, and testing all automated warehouse processes through
MFC and WMS desktop applications
.
Identifying and immediately escalating any risks to database services.
Installation and configuration of
MFC Server on Windows Server 2008 R2
.
Managing PCs and resolving system-related technical issues.
Providing
247 technical support
to clients.
Ensuring smooth operation of auto-warehouse systems and timely issue resolution.
