Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    L2 support

    for Windows-based applications ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Perform

    incident management

    change management

    root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
  • Diagnose and address application issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain technical documentation and manage the knowledge base.
  • Work with

    SQL databases

    and basic

    network configurations

  • Document issue triage and troubleshooting steps.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Support application upgrades, patches, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for integration and functionality.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with

    Microsoft Azure IaaS

  • Proficiency in

    IIS

    , Windows services, and related infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of

    SQL

    and database troubleshooting.
  • Strong

    network troubleshooting and configuration

    skills.
  • Comfortable with

    24x7 on-call support
