Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure system functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure smooth operation of critical business systems.- Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.- Implement best practices for system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- Strong understanding of database management principles.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization.- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure SQL Database. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
