Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of applications and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in applications and systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.- Implement best practices for application support and maintenance.- Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
