You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and providing technical support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving application issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Contribute to the improvement of application performance and stability. Document and maintain knowledge base articles for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance application support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: -Must to have Skills - Aruba wireless and ClearPass. Clear pass is mandatory. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless technologies. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
