Must have skills : Oracle Database Administration (DBA) Good to have skills : Exadata Administration Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the enhancement of the application support process. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system defects. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Contribute to the enhancement of the application support process. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Exadata Administration. Strong understanding of database concepts and architecture. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases. Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases. Familiarity with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Data Guard. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues. Solid grasp of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
