Must have skills : Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, and DevOps to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for critical business systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, and DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS and Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Must To Have Skills:Experience with DevOps. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Solid grasp of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS and Microsoft Windows Server Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
