Job Summary:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in
Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
,
Computer Applications (BCA)
, or
Masters degree in
Computer Applications (MCA)
or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
Vulnerability Assessments
and
Penetration Testing
on web, mobile, network, and cloud environments.
Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities using both manual and automated tools.
Document findings with detailed technical reports and executive summaries.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to validate and remediate vulnerabilities.
Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with tools like
Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, OWASP ZAP, Nikto, Kali Linux
, etc.
Strong understanding of
OWASP Top 10
,
SANS Top 25
, and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
Knowledge of
network protocols
,
firewalls
,
IDS/IPS
, and
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Certifications such as
CEH, OSCP, eJPT, CompTIA Security+
are preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with
DevSecOps
and
CI/CD pipeline security
.
Exposure to
bug bounty platforms
(e.g., HackerOne, Bugcrowd).
Understanding of
container security
(Docker, Kubernetes).
