Administer and maintain IBM DOORS Next and other IBM Jazz-based applications
Customize application behavior to suit engineering workflows and business requirements
Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript and PowerShell
Manage and maintain license servers (e.g., FlexLM)
Provide administration support for Polyspace and additional test tools
Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams for tool deployment, integration, and updates
Create and maintain technical documentation and support guides

Required qualifications for position

Mandatory skills

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
47 years of experience in IT system administration or application engineering
Hands-on experience with
IBM DOORS Next
and
Jazz platform
administration
Strong scripting/programming skills in
PowerShell
and
JavaScript
Basic understanding of
requirements management
concepts and tool usage
Good working knowledge of
Linux
operating systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English
High learning ability
and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Desired skills:

Experience working with
Polyspace
and similar test management tools
Familiarity with software engineering processes (e.g., V-model, ASPICE, ISO 26262)
Exposure to IBM Rhapsody and Matlab
Working knowledge of Python
Understanding of system integration and data flow across engineering platforms
Knowledge of German language is an added advantage
