Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : As per Company Standards SAP Bank Communication Management or Banking interface experience mandatory Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to deliver impactful solutions and ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and SAP Simple Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Activate. Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Solid grasp of SAP data migration and data conversion techniques, including LSMW and SAP Data Services. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
