Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Microservices and Light Weight Architecture Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Must have 15 years of higher education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microservices and Light Weight Architecture-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements, ensuring that the final product meets business needs. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure that all software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, and apply this knowledge to improve software development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. Experience with modern software development tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This position is based at our Pune office. Qualification Must have 15 years of higher education
