Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including data privacy and security requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and SharePoint. Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
