Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, facilitating discussions to gather insights, and guiding the development process to align with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also user-friendly and efficient, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with MySQL, Data Analytics, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
