Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business needs, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall success of the projects you manage. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication to foster a collaborative environment and drive project success. Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps- Must to have additional skills:Power Automate, Data Verse, AI model, ITIL, Azure.- Strong understanding of application development principles, Design and develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven).- Experience in building and configuring applications custom connectors, REST APIs, and integration with Azure services.- Knowledge of database management systems- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and Excel for app integration.- Basic understanding of security roles, environment management, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.- Must have strong problem-solving and communication skills.- Understanding of Creating and managing Power Automate flows for process automation.- Good grasp of PowerFx, formulas, expressions, conditional logic- Ability to build and manage data models using Dataverse, integrate with SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors.- Ability to customize and extend Power Platform functionalities using PowerFx and JavaScript/TypeScript as needed.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform tools.- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400) are a plus.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
