Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure Veeva Vault applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Veeva Vault applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, identifying and addressing technical debt and performance issues.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Veeva Vault application development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile methodology, Salesforce CRM, and other related technologies.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering concepts.

Experience in leading and managing development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault application development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Veeva Vault projects.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
