Must have skills : SAP BTP Integration Suite Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other SAP technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
