Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:a :Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC)b :Able to troubleshoot with debugging skillsc :Perform Impact analysisd :Design in Salesforce LWC e :Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX f :Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Technical responsibilitiesa :Must have at least 4 Salesforce certifications b :Must have more than 5 years of Salesforce experiencec :Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Modeld :Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class Professionala :Must have good communication skillb :Capable of working in client facing rolesc :Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resourcesd :Capable of leading a team of 3+ members Educationa :BE / BTech / Bsc / Other graduation Additional Informationa :This role is for a Salesforce project This position is based at any of the Accenture office. Qualifications 15 years of full time education
