Your typical day will involve working with SAS Base & Macros, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using SAS Base & Macros, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring their professional growth and development. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Senior SAS Developer with good analytical skills, understand requirements from business Strong experience in Base SAS, SAS macros, SAS SQL, SAS DI Studio, SAS EG & SAS SMC & Flow Manager Excellent communication - ability to convey information to non-technical / business colleagues in a clear and concise way Ability to translate business requirements into design/tech solution/delivery Desirable:Prior experience in banking, credit risk & regulatory deliverables Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAS Base & Macros. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
