Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow application-related queries, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure the ServiceNow platform is configured to meet business requirements, including the development of custom workflows, forms, and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow application development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations. Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow application development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Qualification A: Regular 15 plus years of education of BE/BTech
