Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Must have minimum 15years of full time experience Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. With your expertise in Java Full Stack Development, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team. Oversee the development team and ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Java Enterprise Edition. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications using Java. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based in Gurugram. Must have minimum 15 years of full-time experience. Qualifications Must have minimum 15years of full time experience
