Project Role :Application Lead
Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications are built to meet both functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to drive innovation within the team.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Spring Boot, React.js.

Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.

Experience with RESTful services and API development.

Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
