As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of Salesforce applications, acting as the primary point of contact for both business and technical stakeholders. You will drive architectural decisions, ensure alignment with business goals, and oversee solution implementation from conception to deployment. Your role will require close collaboration across teams to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and maintain system integrity across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce architecture and solution design. ● Lead and manage development teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery. ● Define and maintain the Salesforce technical architecture, including integration with external systems. ● Collaborate across multiple teams to make key architectural and design decisions. ● Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. ● Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. ● Oversee performance optimization, scalability, and security of Salesforce implementations. ● Ensure successful execution of projects from planning through deployment, managing dependencies and risks.

Professional & Technical Skills ● Proven expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, including solution design and implementation. ● Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns. ● Experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning Components, and AppExchange solutions. ● Strong understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and governance frameworks. ● Experience with Agile methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). ● Ability to analyze complex technical issues and deliver optimal solutions. ● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. ● Minimum 15 years of full-time education required. Experience ● Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including significant exposure to Salesforce Technical Architecture and enterprise-scale implementations. Additional Information ● Primary location: Indore, open to PAN India deployment. ● Open to short-term and long-term travel. ● Desire to continuously learn and adopt new technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
