Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
