Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : No Technology Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Key Responsibilities:1.Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java for back-end development and modern front-end technologies.2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.3.Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side components.4.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable applications.Technical Skills:1.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.2.Strong proficiency in Java and Java EE technologies (e.g., Servlets, JSP, EJB, JPA).3.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.4.Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Professional Skills:1.Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.2.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.3.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.4.Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins).
