You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the project and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the application's performance and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in leading application design and development projects. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementation and configuration. Solid knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and functionalities. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. Experience with Oracle Database and SQL. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
