This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance across web, mobile, and embedded applications.Position DetailsJob Title:Senior QA Engineer / QA LeadLevel:9 Location:Hyderabad, India (Hybrid/Remote options available)Experience Level:10-15 yearsEmployment Type:Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesTesting & Quality AssuranceLead end-to-end testing of web-based applications, mobile apps (Android & iOS), and embedded systemsPerform comprehensive functional, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testingConduct cross-browser testing across multiple platforms and device configurationsExecute API testing and validation using tools like PostmanPerform protocol-level testing for networking applications (SIP, RTP, IPSec, VPN, TCP/UDP)Validate mobile features including GPS tracking, map integration, offline mode, and data synchronizationTest Management & DocumentationAnalyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plansPrepare and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)Generate comprehensive test status reports and defect status reportsCreate and manage test data for executionIdentify and document test cases for smoke testingPrepare QA deliverables including sign-off documents and release notesAgile & Team CollaborationActively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)Serve as Scrum Master when required, facilitating sprint activitiesCollaborate effectively with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional QA teamsLead cross-module training and internal coordinationConduct defect triaging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Technical LeadershipReview test case documents prepared by team membersSet up and maintain test environments and labs for embedded testingProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersLead automation initiatives using Selenium with Python Robot FrameworkRequired
